FFA Donkey Basketball
The Gilman FFA Alumni and Friends will he holding a Donkey Basketball Tournament on Sunday, February 19th. The games will start at 2pm! Four teams are able to compete-with 8-10 players on each. Riders must be at least 16 years of age and under 225 pounds. Anyone is allowed to ride in the game. Tickets will be sold in advance and at the door. Critter Care Class Teaches About Classroom Animals
High School students in the Critter Care Class taught 8 different Elementary Classes about the Agriculture Department’s animals. The department currently owns a hedgehog, chinchilla, ferret, guinea pig, and 2 gerbils. High School students taught elementary students about animal safety, diet, habitat, and other fun facts. This activity was a portion of the Critter Care Semester Exam.
